I started at Bunzl Retail Supplies in March 2018 as a Customer Support Co-ordinator supporting our customers stores on the phones and emails with requests spanning from delivery ETA’s to product queries. Following this, I was able to move into the Account Support Team supporting one of our grocery customers ensuring our service delivery was On-time In Full (OTIF). I later developed into the role of Account Executive, Senior Account Executive and recently Account Manager, supporting the entire commercial and operational model for the customer and Bunzl.
My day-to-day role as an Account Manager consists of supporting our customers, including reports, allocations, savings, and new product enquiries. We work with a vast array of stakeholders on a day-to-day basis both internally and externally and I enjoy the engagement with all those I work with to deliver the needs of the customer.
Bunzl Retail Supplies is a great place to work and has always allowed for growth and development within the roles I have undertaken. The company ethos of ‘MAGIC’ really does pull through to our day-to-day working life and has created such a great team and atmosphere to be a part of.
