Our Sustainability Team support our Sales and Procurement Teams to deliver solutions that help our customers meet their own sustainability targets. Through collaboration with our network of Suppliers and application of our technical expertise, we support our customers to navigate changes in legislation through the development and delivery of innovative products and reporting tools.
Our customer account management teams are an extension of our customers own head office teams, frequently based in our customers own offices as either implants or with identification to come-and-go as required. The account management teams work closely with each customer to ensure their teams are supported as the catalogue range they require needs to evolve.
We also have a Project Management Team assisting in delivering large complex customer change initiatives including onboarding, category growth and new system rollout.
Our Customer Support team provide a range of support requirements for stores.
Our supply base has a range of supplier touch points. Every day our Supply Chain Planning team manage the demand versus supply challenge, our Procurement Team work with a global supplier base across 40 product categories and our technical team ensure our suppliers performance is in line with the standard required to service our customers. They verify the capabilities and ethical practices of existing, new, innovative and low-cost supplier options.

Our IT and Systems Team support our business by ensuring our infrastructure and systems perform 24 hours a day. Our development team ensure our systems remain relevant and evolve.
Our operations and logistics teams are at the centre of our customer service solution. Our teams receipt, put-away, manage, pick, pack and despatch all the items our customers require every day.
Our facility, Health & Safety, finance, HR, and business improvement teams ensure our operation, logistics, and office teams are able to deliver for our customers every day. There are a range of roles in each department.
